The pin combines one of the city's most well-known symbols with a clear message of respect and tolerance, representing an open-minded Düsseldorf. At the same time, it helps people affected by homelessness.

Half of the sales price (2.50 euros per pin) goes to the homeless aid organization fiftyfifty and benefits homeless individuals and the Housing First program.
