You can also order our items for pickup at the Tourist Information Center ( Rheinstraße 3 ). In this case, shipping costs are waived. Pickup is possible daily from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. You will receive a pickup confirmation to the email address you provided . Delivery to the Tourist Information Center may take up to two business days.
You have 14 days to collect your delivery.
